At BraceAbility, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit for your recovery journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 45 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our automated system.

• 3.
  Package Your Brace

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in clean, unworn condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
